This paper evaluates the policies of the Presidential Leadership Council towards appointment to senior leadership positions in the country, after eight months after the formation of the Council. The study analyzes the Council’s policies and evaluates them by monitoring the announced appointment decisions, according to their chronological sequence, presenting the context, and analyzing them according to geographical, political and other indicators, in a way that enables an assessment of the extent of its observance of the principle of national partnership on which the council was based, and as one of the pretexts for its formation, and the purposes of transferring power to it.
